Quantum-N² : Membership-Protocol

Activity Requirements & Expectations : Please actively make yourself stronger and be logged in frequently, especially during Dawn-Break Combat Events (the other version of this Event being called Crucible-of-Combat). Inactive members will be removed per the Enlistment-Protocol. This is necessary in an effort to try to maintain an active Membership-Roster (inactivity rather defeats the purpose of an active Union after all).

Leader : Primary role of this position is to lead, co-ordinate, organise, etc. Also helps for a Leader to be very active. Leader is also to change/alter the Union-Guardian to the appropriate Element depending on what Event might be currently active. It has been found that Leadership is auto-assigned to another member of the Union if for some reason the Leader is not able to log on for 3 2 weeks in a row. Only the Leader can remove other members from Union (mainly for being inactive). Union-Leaders also have the ability to Edit the Union-Description, Disband the Union altogether, Change the Union-Name, Advertise for Union-Enlistment and to assign some other Member as the new Leader. Finally, Leaders are able to Promote/Demote members to and/or from Officers and Sub-Leaders, with Sub-Leaders being the first-in-line to become the next Union-Leader if the Union-Leader goes MIA, followed by Officers. Sub-Leaders & Officers : Outside of assigning Stats-Bonuses to Dawn-Break Combat-Events (or Crucible-of-Combat Events), the status Sub-Leaders and Officers does not seem to serve any real purpose other than something like a Chain-of-Command, and, therefore I have decided that assignment of these particular titles shall be based on who is consistently active during Burst-Time when there is a Crucible-of-Combat or Dawn-Break Combat Event in progress. Sub-Leaders and Officers have the ability to apply boosts to the Crucible-of-Combat Dawn-Break Combat Events' Seraph-Battles. You shall be notified of candidature for Sub-Leader/Officer first of course to which you may Accept or Decline.
